• To contact you regarding your account if necessary

We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to any third party for marketing or commercial purposes.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely on Supabase, a SOC 2 compliant cloud database platform. All data is encrypted in transit (SSL/TLS) and at rest. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure.

5. Your Rights Under DPDP Act 2023

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the following rights:

• Right to Access — request a copy of your personal data we hold
• Right to Correction — request correction of inaccurate data
• Right to Erasure — request deletion of your personal data

• OpenAI API — search embeddings (no personal data shared)
• Vercel — hosting platform (no personal data stored)

We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. We only use essential session data stored in your browser's local storage to maintain your login state.

This platform is intended for legal researchers, law students, and legal professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18 years of age.
